Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, all dogs attending daycare are required to be up to date on their DHPPI, Lepto and Kennel/Canine Cough vaccines. Proof of these vaccines must be presented during their Meet & Greet session.

  • Yes, all dogs must be free from both internal and external parasites and be receiving preventative treatment on a year round basis.

  • Yes, all dogs over the age of 6 months must be neutered to attend day care.

  • We can accept puppies once they have had all of their vaccinations. This is usually when they are over 16 weeks old.

  • During your dogs Meet & Greet session we will do a brief temperament check with your dog. If at any time we notice signs that your dog doesn’t seem to be enjoying themselves, we will let you know as soon as possible.

    Our primary focus will always be on the safety and happiness of each of the dogs in our care.

    If your dog is an excessive barker, they may not be suitable. Since we are in a residential area, we must consider our neighbours.

  • We are open from 7:30am until 7pm.

    All dogs must be collected by 7pm to avoid late fees.

  • Of course! If your dog needs to be fed during their time at daycare, please bring along their lunch and let us know what time to feed them at.

    Due to the varying nature of dog’s diets, we do not provide any meals for the dogs…but will always have treats ;)

  • Dogs are separated into two groups depending on their size and personality.

  • Unfortunately not, we do not offer overnight boarding.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept restricted breeds, Boxers or American/English Bulldogs.
